We reguire a deposit of $150.00 prior to booking your party. Please understand that inquiring about a party does not hold the party date. If we do not receive your deposit after your completed Form within 5 days, you will forfeit your event date for another potential booking.
Invitations are available on this site for your convenience and for you to edit and print on your own.
Please contact us at least Five days prior to your party to confirm your final guest count. This will be the number we use to determine appropriate quantities for favors, crafts, supplies and you will be charged accordingly.
The remaining of the balance is to be paid IN FULL in CASH ONLY, before the spa session takes place (NO EXCEPTIONS). Not understanding this important detail of your child’s special day can cause a delay in time and set up, and therefore, we will not be responsible for any lost time. You will be given an invoice with the total number of girls that were confirmed. This is convenient for you so that at the end you can do your cake and not have to worry about squaring away the bill. The party will not be set up, nor will it take place, until the responsible adult giving the party balance is received.The package pricing remains the same even if all of the guests do not show or do not want to participate. If any extra guest are attending that are not accounted for before the party, payment for that child's participation will need to be placed, before receiving any services.
There will be tax and 18% gratuity fee added on to all party events. There will be an additional travel charge if traveling over 30 miles round trip from the zip code 11776 the fee is .54 cents per mile. If traveling over bridges those fees are additional.
All parties are priced for up to 9 children Birthday girl is FREE. A party with less than 9 children will still be charged the amount for 9 NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a additional charge for each additional child over the amount of 10. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests/siblings at the party that are not included in the final count. The spa party requires sink availability depending on package.
Lil Divas Spa On The Go has the right to cancel If your party is scheduled on a day that bad weather is in the forecast, we will have to make a decision on whats best safety wise, and accommodate you with another party date. Lil Diva's also has the right to cancel if for any reason we feel threatened by the location of the event when we arrive, or there is an emergency. We will than provide you with an alternative date for rescheduling however if feeling threatened we will refund you your deposit minus a 35.00 administrative fee. If we arrive at the party event location that is listed on the form you submit and there is noone at the home. We will attempt to reach you by phone if we are unsuccessful, we will than wait an additional 15 minutes after the scheduled party time. If we are unsuccessful we will than be forced to leave and your deposit will than be forfeited.
You have the right to cancel due to inclement weather or if your child is sick or for any emergency that may occur. We will than accomadate you with our next available date.
Because our parties are based on a predetermined schedule, it is important that guests arrive on time. We start at the time the party is scheduled, and will not wait for all guests to arrive. Guests arriving late can participate at the point where the party has progressed. Once we conclude our portion of the event Lil Diva's will begin breaking down our decor.
LIL DIVA'S SPA ON THE GO is not responsible for allergic reaction or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of the costumes, or any activity taken place before, during, and/or after the party. It is your responsibility to check with your guests for specific food allergies, on that note we DO NOT offer cucumbers for the facials due to a previous allergic reaction a child had.
